HEINRICH W. PFLUGER

Business and Personal Coach | Trainer

I am Heinrich, 60 years young and born in the Allgäu. I successfully studied business informatics and started my carreer as a management consultant.


Since January 22 I live in Memmingen. I had earlier been living on lake Starnberg, in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Praque.


Before I was allowed to turn my passion for NLP into a career, I advised international companies for more than 25 years as a consultant and later on as an executive of Accenture, Capgemini and IBM in business, Human Resources and IT topics. Be it in introducing ERP systems through human ressource development to reorganisation of company structures in the pharmaceutical, automotive, high-tech and public sectors. During that time I successfully established offshore service centres in Slovakia, India and the United States. Integrating different cultures into one team not knowing each other before was one of my fascinating tasks ever. Managing these teams required a new leadership- and communication culture. Virtual meetings instead of physical ones were essential to achieve profitability.


In 2014 I founded an Tech-Startup in Munich which took care of protecting consumer data based on a new designed encryption standard NVD. Product development, HR, Sales and Investor Relationship were my daily bread.

At the end of 2019 I decided to resume my original passion for adult education, NLP and coaching and successfully completed my further education as



to support people in crucial situations with my experience and competence. As a registered member of the DVNLP, IN and ECA associations, I am in contact with my international colleagues regarding methods and adhere to their ethical guidelines.


With an understanding for executives, a heightended awareness of your situation and empathy, I use selective NLP techniques to understand your behavioral patterns and to initiate changes. Setting realistic targets is one thing. Making it measurable is just as important. Benefit from my 'lessons learned' over the past years in a wide variety of positions. I meet you with empathy at eye level, question critically and I focus on your concern.

I was born in Ostallgäu in 1963 and studied business informatics. I then started my career as a management consultant.


I have been living and working in Memmingen since February 1, 2022, and before that in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Prague.


Before I was able to turn my passion for coaching and NLP into a career, I advised international companies on process, HR and IT issues for over 25 years as a consultant and later as an executive for Accenture, Capgemini and IBM. During this time I was also responsible for setting up offshore service centers in Slovakia, India and the USA. Integrating different cultures into a team was one of my most interesting tasks for me. Managing diverse teams from different countries required a new leadership and communication culture. Virtual meetings instead of physical meetings were essential. Structure and communication were essential for efficient management.


In 2014 I founded an IT startup in Munich. Product development, staff and sales development and the search for investors were my daily bread.


At the end of 2019, I decided to resume my original passion for coaching and adult education and successfully completed the training

My philosophy

Sustainability

In addition to quality, my aim is in particular the sustainability of your change, whether in business or private.


Empathy and appreciation are the basic requirements for my work as a coach. In additon, I selectively use methods from behavioral and systemic therapy, as well as from NLP.

Flexibility

I offer you maximum flexibility in terms of time and place for coaching. Whether at your home, in your or in my office or via the Internet, 6 days a week and also in English language.


I welcome you at Memmingerberg, which is easy reachable within less than 1 hour from Munich, Stuttgart via highway A96 and A7. The Munich-West Airport (Memmingen) is just 5 minutes away from my office.
